From a glass of wine and a main course to a relaxed three-course dinner, Café Max is all about casual dining, seasonal flavours and great local produce.

Join us Thursday to Sunday for lunch, or Monday to Thursday for dinner in the Drawing Room.

Start with Garlic & Herb Focaccia, Pecorino Arancini or Gruyère Gougères to share, before enjoying dishes such as Pork Belly Agnolotti with smoked poacher espuma and wild garlic pesto, Butterley Top Farm Pork Fillet with mustard jus, or our classic Battered Cornish Cod & chips.

For something a little sweeter, try the Rhubarb & Custard Choux Bun or Classic Lemon Tart with Strawberries.

Our Summer Terrace is now open! 🍃🥂
