Furthermore, there is a play area for children and the campsite owns its own fishing rights for a frontage of the River Dee – making it an attractive proposition to those looking for a quiet break. Situated a short distance from the main campsite, Ty Isaf Bala’s River Camping is perhaps more suited to the more adventurous – or traditional – camper. Ty Isaf Bala Camping and Caravan site welcomes well-behaved pets (dogs to be under control on leads) but must stress that we are a music free campsite and anti-social behaviour isn’t tolerated.

AUGUST BANK HOLDIAY

We have plenty of space for tents available on our river camping field. If you wish to book please ring, text, email or just turn up and call at the farmhouse on arrival.

We also have extra pitches for touring caravans who do not require electric hook up. Should you require this option please ensure you call us first for confirmation and availability!

To all our lovely campers, our campsite is now open to all. The washing facilities are now open.
Please bring your face masks as they are still required to be worn in Wales. See you all soon 😁😁

We have made the tough decision to remain closed for all touring units and tents for the remainder of the season. 😢
As much as we want to see all you of you lovely campers, we believe that in order to keep you, our family and community safe then this is the best decision for us right now.
We are looking forward to welcoming you all back for our 2021 season 🏕

As some of you are aware, our campsite is closed, with heavy hearts we cancelled all bookings last week and will not be taking any more for the foreseeable future.

We value each and every visitor that we have, year in, year out, but right now we urge you all to stay at home to protect yourselves, our family and our community. Our small, rural town will not be able to cope with an influx of visitors and we must do all we can to protect the people of Bala and our resources.

It is with great sadness that we can't welcome you all right now but the health of the county must come first, we hope you all understand.
