Since 1914, the grounds that are a part of Red Squirrel Campsite have been used for camping. For well over a century campers have been coming to visit the highlands
to experience nature at its finest! Red Squirrel campsite was founded by Hugh MacColl and has been thriving ever since. We are very pleased to be able to offer camping in such a fabulous area. Our aim is to have people enjoy Glencoe and surrounding areas.

Perhaps the sound of the legendary midge trying to frantically find a way in to devour Neil in his ©️MidgeSpecs! 🤣 No chance! These very functional midge nets have an inbuilt clear eye wear so you can see all your friends getting bitten. 🤣🦟

Update- Thank you to all who have been very patient - We believe checkfront have now fixed the issue.
If you cannot book a certain date, it will offer you the NEXT available date. This means its full.
We always say to keep a watch on the website for cancellations as they go there first.
