News report from 2017!
Happily RSPB volunteers have continued to enjoy the homely, cosy, comforting atmosphere at Kinramer for many more years, despite numerous plans to relocate them to 'bespoke lodgings' elsewhere, which have yet to materialise. Our latest guests have yet again appreciated the bonhomie of sharing this outpost at the west. Farewell, friends of the feathered and may next year bring a new flock to our door. We've hosted volunteers for the Seabird Centre and LIFE Raft continuously since April 2024. It's been a special honour to have known so many keen and eager supporters..since 2002.

Great to see Aiden back at the anchor.... He was one of the Raleigh International team who hauled it up from the shore 25 years ago.... A proud and memorable achievement!

We've been busy getting ready for a new season and this year will see some changes.

Since covid we've moved away from being a hostel to a large self-catering holiday home suitable for families and groups.
