Just a quick update to let you all know we still have spaces for the weekend and next week

If you're still thinking of that last minute getaway while the weather is nice and before the kids go back to school we've still got spaces available all next week and weekend. There's a really nice atmosphere here this evening and quite a few s'mores getting made and eaten.....

The sun's out, the grass is cut , the hens have been busy laying fresh eggs and we have availability tonight and all weekend in to next week and beyond so either contact us directly or book on pitchup, whatever is easier for you

Two things........
We still have availability for this weekend for both the rental tent and normal pitches.
Second, if you're here or in the general area on Saturday Claragh bridge vintage rally is on, about 10 minutes drive from here. It's always a good day out with lots to do and see. I don't know how to do a link but there's a page for it.

Thats the rental tent set up for guests tonight, If you like the idea of this there's still availability. All you need to bring is bedding and food. Don't forget the marshmallows to toast over the firepit. It can be set up with 2 double airbeds or a double, a single and a travel cot.
There's still availability for all our pitches.

We still have spaces for the weekend and next week. If parades are your thing they're in Dromara (3 miles) and if they're not you might not hear them from here. Also, Saturday 19th is Castlewellan show which is a really nice country show with plenty to see and things for the kids to do and its a 20 min drive from here

No promises, depending on the weather and how our contractor gets on but we might be shearing sheep this weekend. And yes, anyone here can watch and feel the wool.

Just to let you know, and yes it was a last minute decision, even though we're still working on a few of the planned improvements and we had planned on opening mid May , the weather is so nice that we've opened early. And yes there's space available for this weekend
Plus loads of farm fresh eggs. The hens are excelling themselves so far
