The most recent update from Northern Powergrid is that normal service should be resumed by 1.45am.

Update on powercut ...

Partial power has been restored to the area but very low voltage, which is why some lights, etc, are on and some are not. Northern Powergrid have engineers in the area and are working on this. They expect normal service to be restored between 10pm amd 11pm.
