We're currently watching this series - it gives an interesting perspective on the religious history of Northumberland and includes great shots of the beauty of the area.
We are lucky that we see Holy Island across the bay whenever we step outside our front door.

We visited the cherry blossom at Alnwick Garden, just a short drive from Bamburgh.
They offer 2 hour evening tickets 5-7pm for £5.50.
It was stunning. Would recommend going and will be pencilling it in for a visit again next year.

Ready for guests arriving this week ❤️
En-suite shower room is complete and we are over the moon 🌙 with the results.

What a transformation, can't wait to share the final photos when the floors are laid and furnishings are replaced.

We’re giving our main bedroom a little uplift - and a simple lick of paint just wouldn’t do. So we’re adding an en-suite shower room to make your stay even more comfortable.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms, one walk in shower and one with a bath / shower over, to cater for friends, couples and families.

We won’t be taking bookings for stays in January and February 2026 while the work is completed but we can’t wait to welcome you back soon and share our beautifully refreshed space with you!
