Smoked duck breast served with roasted beetroot, compressed apple, smoked almond crumb and a carrot, orange & star anise dressing.

Plenty going on, but nothing overcomplicated. Fresh ingredients, big flavours and a starter that’s already becoming a favourite.

The new menu is now available, and if this dish is anything to go by, you’re going to want to work your way through it. 🍽️
