We’ve got a brilliant viewing position for this year’s Tractor Run, and if previous years are anything to go by… our tables won’t hang around! 👀

🐶🐟 Okay, this might just be my favourite new addition… 😂

We all know how much our four-legged visitors love coming down to the pub, so we thought it was about time they got something a little bit special too! 🐾❤️

We’ve now got Fish & Chips Dog Food Bowls for the doggos — a proper little dinner made with salmon & trout, sweet potato, asparagus and vegetables, just £4!🥰

So when you’re tucking into your Fish & Chips on a Friday, your best mate doesn’t have to sit there giving you that look anymore! 😂🐶
Honestly… I think they’re going to be very happy customers! ❤️

❤️ WHY WE CHOSE JOHN TO PAINT OUR BARREL ❤️

When we decided to have our barrel painted, there was really only one person we wanted to ask — John.

Not just because of his beautiful artwork, which speaks for itself, but because of what John stands for.

John creates beautiful, hand-painted canal ware, but he doesn’t do it for profit. Every penny he raises goes towards helping woodgreen animal rescue. He gives his time, his talent and his creativity simply because he loves doing it — and because it helps a cause close to his heart. 🐾❤️

And for us, that is the very definition of what being a boater is all about.

Boaters don’t do things for self-gain. They do things because they enjoy it. They love the way of life, the people they meet and that amazing community that seems to follow you wherever you moor up.

It’s about helping each other, sharing skills, making friends and doing something simply because you can.

So when we thought about who we wanted to paint our barrel, John was the obvious choice.

We absolutely love what he has created for us, and we’re even happier knowing that behind the beautiful artwork is someone who gives so much back. ❤️🚤🐾

Thank you John — we couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
