WE’RE HIRING! 📢 | Assistant Site Warden

Are you proactive, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality? We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Site Warden to join our team at Portsoy Links Caravan Park & the Sail Loft!

This varied role combines welcoming guests, site management, grounds maintenance, and getting creative with our social media.

What you’ll be doing:

Customer Care: Welcoming guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, and handling bookings.

Site & Grounds: Keeping our facilities, grounds, and outdoor areas immaculate and well-maintained.

Social Media: Helping create and share engaging social media posts to highlight the park and local events.

Operations: Basic DIY, routine safety checks, cleaning, and supporting our Site Manager.

Key details:

🕒 Hours: Full-time (up to 40 hours/week), including working every second weekend and on-call availability.

🚗 Licence: Full UK driving licence required.

💼 Experience: Holiday park or hospitality experience is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right person!

Portsoy Links Caravan Park is proudly operated by Portsoy Community Experiences, a local social enterprise dedicated to supporting our community and preserving local heritage.

⛵️ What a fantastic weekend at Portsoy Links Caravan Park during the Scottish Traditional Boat Festival.

We were delighted to welcome so many visitors, with all 66 pitches fully occupied, including our overflow areas. The park was buzzing with a wonderful atmosphere, and it was great to see so many people enjoying everything the festival and our beautiful town have to offer.

A huge thank you to everyone who stayed with us and helped make the weekend such a success. We hope you had a memorable time and look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

Job Position - Cleaner

We are looking to add an experienced cleaner to our team✨

Duties Include:
•⁠ ⁠Cleaning of self-catering accommodation, including communal areas, bedrooms and bathrooms
•⁠ ⁠Cleaning of shared toilet facilities and washing up areas

Immediate Start Available.

Minimum 12 hours per week with overtime available during high season/exclusive hires.

Fixed Term Position until 30.08.26, which will then be reviewed 6-monthly.
