Have you ever walked into somewhere you're staying and thought, this is lovely?
That's exactly the feeling we want our guests to have when they arrive at Boutique Stays NI.

Of course, everyone loves a comfortable bed and a beautifully presented room, but there's a lot of work that goes on before those keys are handed over! 🛏️

From freshly made beds and fluffy towels to making sure everything is clean, tidy and ready for our next arrivals, our team puts a lot of care into every room.

And with guests coming and going across our properties in Bangor and Newtownards, there's certainly never a dull moment!

A special mention to our housekeeping team, who work away behind the scenes, often with very little time between check-outs and check-ins. We really couldn't do it without them. 💙

Looking for something to keep the kids entertained this October half-term? Newtownards might be just the place!

The Ards Puppet Festival is back on Sunday 25 & Monday 26 October, with puppet shows, a giant puppet parade, workshops and lots of FREE family fun around Conway Square. 🎪

And while you're here, why not make a weekend of it?

🌿 Walk or cycle along the newly opened Greenway.
🎃 Pop over to Mount Stewart for some Halloween fun.
🏰 Take in the views from Scrabo Tower.
🐐 Let the kids run off some energy at The Ark Open Farm.
☕ Have a wander around Newtownards, stop for lunch or a coffee, or head out along the Ards Peninsula for a bit of exploring.

We're so proud to share that Boutique Stays NI has been named a finalist for Tourist Accommodation of the Year at the Local Women Magazine Business Awards 2026, in partnership with Power to Switch NI! 🥂

What lovely news to receive!

There are so many fantastic places to stay across Northern Ireland, so to see Boutique Stays NI recognised among them really does mean a lot.

First things first, a massive THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to vote for us! We really appreciate every single vote, and knowing that so many people have supported us makes this recognition even more special. 💙

And we couldn't let this moment pass without thanking our brilliant team. There's a lot that goes into keeping our properties looking their best and making sure guests have a lovely stay. So much of it happens behind the scenes, and we're lucky to have such hardworking people helping us every day.

💙 A GREAT MORNING FOR NORTHERN IRELAND TOURISM!

What a lovely morning at Clandeboye Lodge, and what a brilliant way to start it!
The talented Traditional Group from St Columbanus' College gave us a fantastic performance, along with an amazing Irish dancer who really got the morning off to a flying start! 🎶☘️

A big thank you to Tourism NI and Ards and North Down Borough Council for bringing everyone together. So many excellent guest speakers, lots of interesting conversations and a few familiar faces to catch up with along the way! 😊

It was really interesting hearing more about what attracts visitors to Northern Ireland, from our beautiful scenery and coastline to our culture, history and the experiences people have while they're here.

And of course, AI and its growing influence on how people choose and book their holidays gave us plenty to think about!

One thing that really struck us was how important it is to give visitors more than just somewhere to stay.

That's exactly what we're passionate about at Boutique Stays NI. We love encouraging our guests to get out, explore and discover all the wonderful places we have on our doorstep.

A morning well spent, with lots of ideas to bring back with us!

🎄 CHRISTMAS MARKETS, FESTIVE CHEER & A BOUTIQUE STAY IN BANGOR! 🎄

Well, this is something to look forward to!

Bangor's new Marine Gardens will be hosting a three-day Christmas Market from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th December, with festive food, drinks, Christmas gifts and artisan stalls right on our beautiful waterfront. 🎁✨

And with Christmas activities planned around the McKee Clock Arena from 21st November, Bangor is going to be a lovely place to spend a festive weekend.
So why not make a little break of it?

We've already got limited availability across our four Bangor properties for the Christmas Market weekend, so now's the time to get something booked!

Whether you're planning a weekend with friends, a little Christmas shopping trip or just fancy a night or two away, we've got a few options:

🏡 Boutique Stays @4 – A beautiful four-bedroom house with four double bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people. Perfect for a festive weekend with family or friends.

Spend the day wandering around the Christmas Market, enjoy a bite to eat in one of Bangor's lovely restaurants, perhaps a festive drink or two, and then head back to your boutique accommodation. No rushing home or worrying about the drive!
