🎉 CONGRATULATIONS JOANNE! 🎉

Lovely to see Joanne Murray picking up her prize after winning a midweek stay for two with Boutique Stays NI at the Rice’s International Charity Ballot. 💙

We were delighted to donate the stay to the ballot and help support a fantastic local fundraising event.

There’s a Fabulous Day Disco coming to The Bryansburn Inn, Bangor on Saturday 19th September from 1–5pm, all in support of North Down & Ards Women’s Aid. 💜

Think music, dancing, a bit of 80s nostalgia, games, a ballot and some great prizes — basically a very good excuse to get the gang together for a Saturday afternoon!

And if you’re already thinking “we may as well make a night of it…” — we agree! 😂🥂

🎉 ARDS PICKLEBALL CLUB MEMBER OF THE MONTH – AUGUST 2026 🎉

A huge congratulations to Margaret Hanna, our Ards Pickleball Club Member of the Month for August! 👏🏓

Margaret is a long-standing and much-valued member of the club who is always there to encourage and support others, celebrate their progress and help make everyone feel welcome.

She’s also continuing to challenge herself and develop her own game, including taking part in upcoming tournaments. And we couldn’t mention Margaret without mentioning her wicked sense of humour — she certainly keeps everyone entertained! 😂
