Happy International Women’s Day! 🤩
We are Sam & Jess (3rd Generation), and mum Caroline (2nd Generation) of our Pritchard Leisure family business. And many of you will already know Llinos, our Park Manager here at Sarnfaen Holiday Park.
As a predominantly female management team in a traditionally male-dominated industry, we feel passionately about promoting values and contributing to a world that is diverse, equitable and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. These values underpin much of how we operate our family enterprise.
Today we’re also celebrating the many brilliant women who help make our parks what they are - from the team members who work alongside us every day, to the customers, families, and generations of holiday home owners who are part of the Sarnfaen community.
