Rose Hill has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite). On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a range cooker and seating for up to 16 people and a more formal dining room that can seat 12. On the first floor there is a large living room providing a great place to lounge out and unwind after a hard day's sunbathing. There is also a double bedroom (en-suite) on the first floo

r, the remainder of the bedrooms being located on the second and third floors. The house has an outside decked garden at the back – the ideal place to admire the sea views on those warm summer evenings. The house is located within metres of the plethora of beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and Barmouth's leisure facilities so there's no chance of you getting bored! We're not very far from a number of other lovely seaside resorts, villages and the exciting outdoor activities of Snowdonia National Park. We're currently refurbishing and refreshing the house so as soon as we're finished we'll get some new photos up.

We hope you’re enjoying this lovely spring weather.
Barmouth has been bustling with events including BermoFest, Barmouth 10K and Boathouse Rocks, with loads more to come in the coming weeks including RNLI Dog Show, Barmouth Food Festival and Hurly Burly Swim.

September features the annual Barmouth Walking Festival and we have a super special offer on stays during the event.

Looking for a last minute deal for October half term? We've had a cancellation – a large party that can't come now due to the new guidelines. The house is now available from Sunday 25th October (4pm) until Thursday 29th October (11am). We can host a group of up to six adults (in the same extended household) plus kids aged 11 and under. £125 a night (minimum 2 nights) or £400 for the 4 nights.
