Welcome to Bowes

We are an independent, family-owned B&B, located in the heart of beautiful Teesdale, 5 minutes drive away from the market town of Barnard Castle. Situated in the heart of this small, welcoming village, we are a stone’s throw from the A66 and close to the Bowes spur of the Pennine Way. We have 12 warm and welcoming guest rooms, 10 of which have en suite facilities. 3 of the rooms are new for the 2020 season and whilst closed during the Covid-19 lockdown, we have been busy redecorating the remainder of the Inn, so we’re looking good and raring to go!
