Following May's Committee meeting we discussed the following points:
1. More communication to the park
2. Cleanliness of the toilets
3. Elsan point on the tent field
4. Kids Behaviour
5. Sign for tent field at the bottom of the hill of tent field
6. Rubbish being dumped down the dog walk
7. Large notice board on the fence opposite the club house
8. Maintenance on the washer and dryer
9. Access to washer tokens out of hours
1. This all new residents only page will relay information not available to the general public, and notices just for the parks residents will be added to here, only advertising of the park will be added to the other page. We will be feeding more communication via here, the notice boards and through the committee.
2. New rota's have been put in place to monitor the toilet cleanliness, there are going to be odd occasions when the standards are not correct, due to heavy footfall or out of hours use, all we can ask, make Mgt/staff aware and we will clean, don't just moan in the back ground.
3. I will be looking at installing a new elsan point on the tent field to stop any un wanted dumping of waste elsewhere, this will be a close season task.
4. We are constantly monitoring anti social behaviour of all children, but we are only 2 sets of eyes, there are nearly 150 residents on site, therefore SEE IT, SAY IT, REPORT IT, then we can take action there and then, again don't just moan in the back ground and tell someone a week later, we cannot resolve in past tense.
5. A new sign for the tent field is in situ, hopefully this will resolve any unwanted traffic to other parts of the park.
6. We are aware of individuals dumping rubbish and garden waste over into the dog walk area, STOP this behaviour now as we have to clean that area up, and it causes issues for other residents, there are cameras covering the dog walk so you have been warned.
7. I will be making and erecting a new large notice board in the coming weeks to the fence opposite the club house, all new and relevant information regarding the park and clubhouse will be on display for all there.
8. We have been made aware that there were issues with the washer and dryer, these have been checked, cleaned and serviced and we can find no issues, if anyone experiences any form of issue with these machines please inform staff/MGT immediately so we can resolve.
9. We have been asked about gaining washer and dryer tokens out of hours, there is a system now in place to pay and access these tokens, all information is on the wall of the wash house.
