Dale house is perfectly located for exploring the Forest of Bowland, The Ribble Valley and the Yorkshire Dales, whether by car, by foot or bicycle. We have exceedingly comfortable accommodation, a drying room, secure storage for bikes and charging for e-bikes. Our barn is perfect for groups of up to 12 people and that can be booked as catered or self catering. Dominique is a professional chef and

you will be treated to some of the regions best ingredients and cooking. Almost everything is home made. We are strong on our principals to serve as much wild or free range and organic meat and seasonal fruits, vegetables and foraged ingredients as possible and make sure we have minimal food waste. We don't have a fixed menu and will work our culinary magic around what is in season and at its best and around our guests preferences. We run cookery classes and mountain biking weekends too.

My latest bottle of oh so delicious redcurrant kombucha and accompanying loaf of sourdough tha was made with a turbo boost of kombucha in place of 50% of the water. It’s awesome. My next sourdough course is 9&10th May and you will have the option to use this in your bread too.
