After returning to the UK from the US with her family five years ago, Dawn went from accidental landlord to committed property investor, completing a property investing course two years ago. Spotting the need for a better search and calculation tool, she co-founded Property Compass with her husband, a software architect.
It has since grown into a fast-growing investor community, with weekly residential and commercial deal analysis sessions and Saturday morning area research over coffee.
Dawn loves building her own portfolio while helping others do the same.
