Spring and Summer 2026 are turning out to be busy seasons for us, with only 30 days remaining available for bookings from the beginning of April until the end of August.

That's just 30 days remaining available to book from a possible 153 days. Only 20% of days in Spring and Summer 2026 remain.

We are already almost full for the busiest seasons ahead, running at 80% occupancy by the end of March, so please don't delay and book now.

We have some discounted rates available for the end of April 2026 with a price reduction from £122 to £105 saving 15%.*

Below, we have posted availability from our Airbnb calendar for the months of April, June, July and August to help anyone thinking about a potential booking.

So whether you're a returning guest, or coming for the first time, don't delay too long before joining us this Spring and Summer in the beautiful North Lakes.

GLOBAL CHANGES TO AIRBNB SERVICE FEES ⚠️

From 22nd June 2026, Airbnb will be changing the way they collect their Service Fees, simplifying the process.

Airbnb are changing their previous split Guest Service and Host Service fees into a single 15.5% service fee deducted solely from the Host.

This means there are no more confusing hidden fees for the Guests to navigate when booking.

From April 21st 2026 onwards, what pricing the Guest sees on a listing, is exactly what the Guest will pay.

Pricing for Guests should not be affected. What Guests pay will remain the same, the only difference is how Airbnb will now collect the single 15.5% fee from Hosts instead.

The Guest Service fee will disappear, but an increased Host Service fee will appear to reflect the change.
