We are very happy to see that so many people have been delighted by their stays at The Monmouth House! Here are the ones from July 2026:

From Eleana - The most beautiful air bnb we have ever stayed in! Perfect location to explore Bath, very central to lots of restaurants and places to visit. We booked for a girly weekend for my sisters 30th birthday and the hosts could not have been more accommodating, including decorating with balloons and banners and organising a cake for us. The communication was incredible, lots of helpful instructions and the house was incredibly clean and beautiful, will definitely be back. Thank you all again!

From Claire - We are 9 girls that have just enjoyed a fabulous stay at Monmouth House Bath. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Location is perfect: 10 minutes walk from centre of town and 5 minutes walk from a large Sainsbury’s. Accommodation is in immaculate condition and super clean. We all slept so well on comfy beds. The kitchen dining area is gorgeous with plenty of room for 9 of us to sit comfortably around a large dining table. The lounge is also really spacious with plenty of seating for all of us. And to top it all Rococo of Bath were very responsive and helpful. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay.

From Daniel - Great house with loads of space and decor to a very high standard.

This is, perhaps, mildly overstated, but only mildly!

The Roman-era ruins of natural hot spring baths are a UNESCO World Heritage site and, in addition, the entire central area of Bath is a UNESCO World Heritage site because of its Georgian (i.e. early 1800s) character and history. Here are a few photos of the Roman bath ruins.

The Monmouth House has the best of both worlds! It has much of the traditional architectural charm of a Georgian era home, but was built in 2015, so has all of the modern conveniences and comforts, like large rooms and closets and modern appliances, plumbing, heating, cooling, lighting, and electricity.

And it is very near to parking and public transportation, to shopping, and to all of the beauty and attractions of this world class UNESCO World Heritage City, but just a few steps beyond the noise and bustle of the buskers and revelers.
