MENU TASTING 🤌

Over the weekend our 2024 couples had their menu tasting and many were surprised & very taken with our ‘Fresh pea and rocket risotto, roasted feta, pea shoots, parmesan & fennel tuille’.
A number of couples tried this dish as their vegetarian option but have decided to have it as their main option.
Our chef can also create this as a vegan & gluten free dish.

We want outside ceremonies!!!

Ok, so I could not make that rhyme 🤦🏻‍♀️ but we do want the rain to go away and we do want to see more outside ceremonies 🙌🏻

Especially when they look as STUNNING as this!!!

Our bride Andrea wanted colour! Bright & beautiful colour and Lara Parnell Weddings delivered & most certainly did not disappoint!!!

The fantastic work from our Greenkeepers continues with our winter projects. This time the Cromwell 10th winter tee is now completed. Great work from and the Green keeping team. 👏🏻⛳️

More fantastic work from the Greenkeepers. This week work has been carried out on the greens, spraying them with treatments to improve grass quality.

Spraying helps to improve grass condition and also colour, getting them ready for the coming season.

Course draining works are set to continue with the arrival of another 60 tonne of limestone.

We will be using this with our gravel ba**er to continue providing enhanced drainage to our fairways.
