We ought to raise a cup and saucer to the occasion. is here, and with our Chef Patissier Dom Bon, our tiered stands are less than ordinary.

It’s all in the little details. A dehydrated carrot on a well-made classic. A local, seasonal flavour of macarons and the fluffiest scones with clotted cream.
