🧹 We’re looking for a housekeeper to join our team at the Chequers Inn

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
* Changing bed linen and replenishing room supplies.
* Making sure rooms are clean, fresh and ready for arriving guests.
* Letting us know if you spot any maintenance issues.
* Looking after cleaning equipment and supplies.

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU ARE:
* Reliable and organised.
* Happy working independently.
* Friendly with a positive attitude.
* Able to work weekends.
* Experienced in housekeeping or cleaning (although this isn’t essential).
* If you’re looking for a flexible part-time role in a friendly village pub, we’d love to hear from you.

From our sauces, bread, pastries and desserts to our ice cream, and everything in between!

We always choose ingredients for flavour first, sourcing locally wherever possible.

Our meats come from traditionally farmed Sussex & Kent farms; our fish is delivered fresh from the day’s catch; our vegetables are sourced from local growers
