We’re still here but not as often as we’d like to be unfortunately. We’ve still got some work to do to finish off this lovely,freehold, 2 bedroom beach house but due to other commitments we have closer to home we are in two minds if to sell this gorgeous, rare, beach house.😕

A bit more clearing done with the help of a digger! 2nd stream cleared in the secret garden. Fence put up. This had to be cleared because as lovely as the overgrown secret garden was it was overrun with ivy taking over everything including the ground. It was so full of bugs you just couldn’t have done used it for anything. A large space has now been opened up but as yet we are not sure what we are going to do with this 🤔

We may have been quiet for a while but the guys have still fitted an odd couple of days in here & there at Baycliff. Watching the gorgeous sunrises before they start! A bit of clearing out clutter & tidying up has begun to enable a start to laying the flooring. Skirting, wood staining & more wood staining! Recycling unused wood panelling that had been removed & making cupboard door & headboards with it. Erecting a shed to put said clutter away! Clearing out, bug infested, much overgrown, secret garden…WOW what a space😮(thinking heads in action for use of space🤔answers on a postcard 😂)!
