Beadnell Cottage is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Beadnell. It's in easy walking distance of 2 dog friendly pubs/restaurants, café/evening Bistro, fish and chip shop and a well stocked village store. It is a 10 mins walk to one of the award winning beaches in the area. Beadnell Bay is a large horseshoe bay with the only westerly facing harbour on the east coast. The coastal path r

uns through Beadnell and is easily accessed from the Harbour Road. An ample safe flat enclosed garden space is south westerly facing overlooking open fields with horses and views of the Cheviot Hills. The garden is ideal for both children and dogs. Our little cottage provides guests with the use of free Wi-Fi so you have access to websites to plan and research your week’s itinerary. Also available is Freeview TV with BT Sports. Our complimentary welcome pack will help you kick start your holiday.

Following the departure of our previous caterer on Sunday 9th August, we have made some changes to our food service.

We will no longer be serving Sunday lunches. Instead, all of our food is now in-house, including a selection of main courses that will vary from week to week.

We will be open for food 5 days a week, from 8am–4pm. The exact days of opening will be confirmed based around how busy golf is.

When the kitchen is closed, we will still have a selection of freshly prepared sandwiches, homemade scones and cakes available.

Seahouses, Beadnell and Bamburgh is flooded with people quite rightly wanting to enjoy the beautiful coastline we are lucky enough to call home.

However, more and more businesses are reporting disrespectful behaviour, or just completely unrealistic expectations of what self catering actually is.

So please, if you do nothing else today be kind to the cafe, shop, takeaway or restaurant staff, smile and say hello to people on the street and respect the property you’re staying in.

There's a reason everyone heads straight for the beer garden 🪴 the second the sun ☀️ is out. Why not grab a table, order a cold pint or a glass of something chilled, and let the kids enjoy the space while you actually relax for once.

We've recently been featured in the The Coastal Custodian - Across Northumberland Coast & Country who think our garden is one of the perfect spots on the coast for a sunny lunch 🥰
