Breeds, Bants & Brains is back and we are asking the question....how well do you know your breed?

Last year we completely revamped our breed hang out with the help of The Dog Log and the feedback was brilliant and it's back for 2026!

This interactive area will celebrate the incredible diversity, personalities and behaviours that make our dogs who they are.

Whether you already own a breed you adore, are thinking about welcoming a new dog into your life, or simply love learning more about what comes naturally to a specific dog breed, this is the perfect place to ask questions.

The last 3 weeks at the cottages have seen 8 lots of returners and it's lovely to see everyone again, some even staying again later in the year. We have had numerous birthday celebrations including two 60th Birthdays - spread out across the properties.

1 group pictured below had the cottage and the lodge whilst my cousin and the family stayed in all of the properties including the huts - we even had the pleasure of going to the party - which was fancy dress and it was so fun! - No photos of that yet 😅

It really is a great place to celebrate with family and friends. We now have the group booking page which makes it much easier to book all the properties - we are quite booked up this year but have availability across all the properties in November, December and into the New Year.
