Surrounded by rolling hills, Beaminster is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and features in Thomas Hardy’s Tess of the d'Urbervilles as ”Emminster" in the fictional Wessex. The cottage has been tastefully decorated with Farrow and Ball colours and has original flagstone flooring downstairs with carpet upstairs. Consisting of two good sized double bedrooms and one single, a sitting room

with wood burning stove, a small but well equipped kitchen, separate dinning room with study area and a newly fitted ground floor bathroom. At the rear is a good sized sunny cottage garden with a summer house and seating for alfresco dinning.
