OPENING HOURS ROOMS 7 days a week BAR The bar is open for coffee / drinks 7 days a week, all day. DINING BREAKFAST – We are open for breakfast every morning from 8am to 10pm – non residents are welcome! LUNCH & DINNER – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday Our kitchen is open all day from 12pm to 9pm (including pizza Thursday-Saturday). PLEASE NOTE pizza’s are also available to take away Thursday-Saturday. Sunday Sunday Roast and Small / Sharing Plates available from 12pm-3.30pm every Sunday. Who doesn’t love a breakfast…?
Our guests absolutely adore our continental spread, along with sourdough toast and the best eggs in the world from Alasdair at The Old Ways Farm in Symondsbury - cooked perfectly, to your liking.

You don’t have to be a hotel guest to enjoy a breakfast with us, we’re open and serving from 8am-10am; if possible please let us know if you’d like a table so we can make sure we’re prepared.

Just a little snap of happiness! The car park can be a very dull place, so we try and keep it as bright and beautiful as possible. We’re very happy these managed to survive the never ending sunshine.

We have been exhibiting the varied and inspiring work from Nicholas Kalinoski over the past few months, and “Evil Glamour” is definitely a favourite. Nicholas has had an amazing the career, including working in New York designing for Calvin Klein and Karl Lagerfeld before moving to Bridport. As we can see from his exhibition, his talents are not limited to Textile Design. Pop in and have a browse before our next local artist takes over.

We’re saying farewell to 3 of our Ollerod lads…
Our hearts are sad to say goodbye to these three wonderful faces after so many years watching them grow into the fabulous young men they are.

Mally, who has been with us for 4 years, is off to put his stamp on the world with an apprenticeship at Rolls Royce.
Freddie & Jacob, who have been here for over 3 years, are off to Uni.

You’ll still be seeing their lovely smiles on occasion when they’re home, but on the other side of the bar.

On Sunday the 6th September we are hosting an afternoon of live music, great food and hopefully sunshine. Soundtracking the event will be Day Release, a fantastic local rock, blues and soul band. They’ll be playing in the garden while Tyler from Crust & Cow serves his End of Summer BBQ, celebrating some of the best meat, fish and produce we have here in Dorset.

Music: 4pm to 6:30pm
BBQ: 1:30pm to 6pm

(Bookings advised, either directly through Crust & Cow, or The Ollerod. To help us accommodate everyone smoothly, your table will be reserved for a 2-hour dining experience)

So many of you have been telling us how much you’re enjoying the monthly Ollerod Quiz. It’s so nice to have something a bit different to enjoy in the bar on a Sunday evening.

Our next quiz is this Sunday the 16th of August, starting at 4:30pm.

We still have a few spaces left, so if you’d like to enter a team, please book ahead as we can’t guarantee tables on the day.

Teams of up to 4, £10 per team.

All proceeds from the quiz go to the fantastic local charity, Prout Bridge Project.
