Generally feedback about the cottage is great! Today we had one that has upset me hugely, - “no welcome pack and no views and nothing like the pictures”
We provide, tea/coffee/sugar, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, loo rolls cleaning products, a bucket of coal and wood for the fire I’m not sure what is wanted in this persons idea of a welcome pack as they didn’t explain at all.
This morning I looked out at the window a bit perplexed about the “no view”comment. I think that’s a pretty good view as did the letting agent when they saw it and wrote the description. I guess you cannot please everyone but this one has really annoyed me! It’s not hard to pick up the phone and give me a call if you aren’t happy with something! I would have done my best to rectify any problems 🤦♀️
