It was great to welcome the Kent Specialist Teaching and Learning Service for Hearing Impairment Sensory Student Council to Honeyhill last Saturday. 🙌

The group spent time volunteering on site before taking part in a discussion about their place within the community, the clubs and activities they are involved in, and how organisations can be more inclusive and accessible for everyone.

To round off the day, they were rewarded with pizza and games on site 🍕🎯

They did a fantastic job — well done to everyone involved! 😄

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, helping our Hogs team prepare the site for the 2026 camping season. 🔨🪚

A special shout out to all those connected to Maidstone BB & GB who helped last weekend put up the marquee — leaders, seniors, and parents alike. Your hard work made it possible. 🎪👏

If you’re free on a Tuesday, we’d love your help! Our Hogs team is looking for volunteers to lend a hand with site maintenance — nothing too heavy, just a few hours of support that makes a huge difference. 🌼🌳🏕️

It’s a great way to get involved, meet others, and help keep the site looking its best.
If you’re interested, drop us a message! 📧📱

🌟 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹

The South East Battalion President has issued a challenge to local companies: 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵‑𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹. The goal is to install new stainless steel work benches that will make the space safer, more durable, and far better equipped for the hundreds of young people who use it each year.

This is a brilliant opportunity for your organisation to get involved in a meaningful community project. Whether you host a bake sale, run a sponsored challenge, organise a team event, or come up with something completely unique, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

If your company is ready to take part, now is the perfect moment to step up and start planning your fundraising activity. It’s a chance to build team spirit, give back locally, and help create a kitchen that will serve the Battalion for years to come.

𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟵:𝟯𝟬𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝟰𝗽𝗺, and there’s plenty to get involved with — from general maintenance to preparing activity areas and making sure the site is safe, tidy, and ready for visitors.

If you’re free on any of the dates, or if you have 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a hands on community project that makes a real impact.

Your help ensures Honeyhill is in great shape for the busy season ahead.
