With beautiful views over the Beaulieu River and set at the end of the grassy street that is Buckler’s Hard village, it's difficult to imagine a more picturesque setting for a hotel on the whole south coast of England. What’s more, The Master Builder’s is located on Lord Montagu's Beaulieu Estate in the New Forest National Park and just a few minutes drive from Beaulieu Palace House and the National Motor Museum. As with the other gems in the Hillbrooke Hotels collection, Master Builder’s does rooms, restaurant and bar. Come for a relaxing short break of quirky but affordable luxury or maybe just a quick pint and bar snack by the roaring fire in the Winter. A taste of the New Forest, all around one table. 🌳

On Thursday 19th November, we’re joining forces with The New Forest Marque for a special evening celebrating the people, produce and stories of the Forest.

Think pannage pork, wild mushrooms, Beaulieu orchard apples, New Forest honey, cheese and ice cream – brought together for a five-course dinner, with stories from some of the brilliant producers behind it all.

100 Days To Christmas (not that we’re counting).

Christmas at Buckler’s Hard comes with the Beaulieu River on the doorstep and the New Forest just beyond. Check in with us for a three-night Christmas escape and let us take care of everything from Christmas Eve onwards.

At Henry’s, settle in for festive food throughout December, including a long Christmas Day lunch with all the trimmings - and the river just outside for that all-important post-lunch walk.

One riverside setting, plenty of reasons to spend Christmas with us. Best get something in the diary.
