Autumn is upon us 🍂 It’s that time of year when the sun still shines, the beaches are quieter, and yes, it’s getting a little cooler, but with an open fire to get back to after a day of exploring the island, what’s not to love?

There’s plenty to explore at this time of year too. Toadstool spotting adventures have been our favourite family activity this week 🍄 Whether it’s woodland walks, quiet beaches or simply spending time together, autumn is a lovely time for an Anglesey break, and Ty’n Rardd is the ideal place for a family get-together.

We have some gaps here and there in our calendar over the next few weeks, so why not take a look and see if any of our dates suit your diary?

Beautiful morning here 😍

18/01/2026

We've been busy recently with some decor updates in both the farmhouse and the cottage with more to come.

We are fitting the decor updates around bookings as it's our quiet season at the mo, but the calendar is open for bookings and both houses can be booked separately too.

It's cold at this time of year of course, but the bright sunny weather we've been getting on the island makes going outside for a stroll irresistible (and then the best part which is returning for a hot chocolate next to the roaring fire 🪵🔥)

Simply beautiful scenery here early this morning as the sun rose above the mountain range to reveal a blanket of snow! 🤩☃️
