To our existing followers — thank you so much for being here, and to anyone new, a very warm welcome 🤍
Hi, I’m Rachael, and together with my husband Chris, we’re delighted to be reintroducing this page under its new name: Tillislow Stays.
This page is home to Tillislow Barn and The Old Shippon — two much-loved holiday lets set in the heart of the Devon countryside. While the name may be new, the places themselves will be very familiar to many of you.
These properties were lovingly created and run as holiday lets from 2002 by my mum and dad, David and Elaine. We’re incredibly proud to now be continuing what they started, welcoming guests old and new, and keeping the same peaceful, rural charm that so many of you have enjoyed over the years.
Located on a working farm, our stays offer open countryside views, true peace and quiet, and a wonderful base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall.
Whether you’ve stayed with us before, are planning a return visit, or are discovering Tillislow for the first time — we’re so happy to have you here and look forward to sharing more with you soon 🌿
