The site has now closed after a busy 2024 in which we are proud to have been shortlisted for this year’s CAMC CL Sustainability Award.
We open again on Saturday 1st March. Pitch fees for 2025 will remain at £22.
All five pitches are 20ft x 40ft and well-spaced. They have level hard standings, individual electric hook-up, drinking water supply, grey water disposal point, picnic bench, brick barbeque and free Wi-Fi connection.
Venn Farm is an adults only CL on a very rural, non-working farm in West Devon, between Launceston and Holsworthy and is open to CAMC members.
We welcome dogs and have a 15 acre woodland walk directly from the site where they can run off lead. The woods are full of wildlife, including a colony of beavers which live in the ponds and stream.

We heard the cuckoo this morning; he is a little later than usual this year. So good to hear after the long wet winter. Spring has finally arrived.

Happy New Year from Andy and Tina at Venn Farm CL, Devon

We open for the 2024 season on Friday 1st March.
Pitch fees this year are £22 per night. Fees include 20 x 40ft hardstanding with a large grassed area. We have electric hook-up, water tap, grey water disposal, picnic bench, brick barbeque and Wi-Fi on each pitch. Well behaved dogs are welcome and there is a private 15 acre woodland walk directly from the site. The stream in our woodland is home to a totally wild colony of Beavers. Many of our visitors have been lucky enough to see these shy creatures at work in the ponds.

Venn Farm is a Caravan and Motorhome Club, adults only CL. We are 10 minutes from the A30 on the border of Devon and Cornwall and both the north and south coasts are within easy reach.

Venn Farm is a Caravan and Motorhome Club CL on the Devon/Cornish border. All pitches are 20ft x 40ft and have their own electric hook-up, drinking water, grey water drainage, barbecue, picnic bench and free WIFI. We welcome dogs and have an on-site woodland walk of 15 acres.
In 1999 we planted 20,000 trees on the farm and turned all the land over to nature. We now have an abundance of wildlife including a spectacular show of wild flowers, numerous species of birds and butterflies and a family of beavers who have chosen to live here. Visitors to the site can walk alongside their dams and see the work they have done.

Our project on the CL this winter is to have a barbecue built on every pitch. So far pitches 3 and 4 have been completed and we plan to have all five finished for our opening on March 1st.
