After a late evening stroll along southwald beach with two naughty puppies, we stopped in the Sailloft for a glass of wine and an ice cream, which was lovely as usual. Today the sun is shinning yet again and maybe I will even get down to the lido today.

A wonderful day yesterday, away at the national prep schools athletics competion at Birmingham. Loads of children doing their best and enjoying every moment as did all the parents watching. Well done everyone
