Meet Sam, our Head Chef here at the Angel Inn!
Sam has worked for Moss & Co for a total of 12 years, starting as Sous chef at the Commodore and fulfilling head chef positions throughout the company since 2018. He has been back with us at the Angel since October last year!
Sam’s favourite dish on the menu? “I’m inclined to say all of them, but I’m most proud of the mushroom scallop starter or the dark chocolate crèmeux!”
