After many years running the Old Reading Rooms as an award winning and unique holiday let our family has welcomed our last guests and now sold this lovely historic building.
The new owners will continue to welcome guests to the ORR and we wish them well and the best of luck in their tenure.
We would like to sincerely thank ALL our guests and suppliers for their amazing support over the years and hope you continue to offer the same to the new owners.

Happy to reveal the latest shop window at the ORR - this one themed as Winter ; possibly co-inciding with a blast of Beast from the East 2 if you believe the forecasters. Thanks as always to Beryl Banester for her creativity and hard work in giving us all another smile in these odd times. HNY one and all.

We would like to thank all our guests this past Summer season for their very welcomed business and indeed trust in the ORR team to provide a safe and welcoming environment for a holiday in these testing times, we sincerely appreciate your support and hope you come back to visit us one day soon.
We have now blocked our calendars off for the next month to meet Gov.UK requirements after receiving a number of enquiries for month long breaks, hopefully our fellow hosts in this industry will do likewise and adhere to the regulations to keep our local communities as safe as possible wherever they may be and give the NHS a fighting chance to help everyone who needs it.
Let's all look out for each other, stay safe, follow the Gov.UK guidelines and put this precious time to good use.

Hayley made us feel very welcome before we even stepped out of our vehicle on arrival. Lovely cozy little place with really homely decor. Great location. Nice little walks in the area. Good pub up the road. Bakery. Great chinese takeaway. A real home from home. Recommend the place and the hosts. Thank you Hayley & Andy :)

A warm welcome greeted us at The Old Reading Rooms, Wrentham. Close to Southwold, a beautiful seaside resort, the Reading Rooms have been lovingly converted and is extremely well equipped for your every need. A really comfortable and relaxing break that I would recommend to my friends.
