After yesterday’s disaster and disappointment, I went back to the drawing board, found a new recipe, and finally produced a coffee cake — nut-free and actually holding itself together after I looked at it 👀😂

May take me time, but I won’t give up until I beat the challenge 😄

Today is Friday… which means it’s baking day here at The Greyhound 🍰☕

We’re having our ups and downs in the kitchen today 😂

The Lemon Cake has turned out beautifully — the whole kitchen smells absolutely gorgeous ❤️

The Coffee Cake though… I think it might be back to the drawing board for that one 🤦‍♂️🤣
