Our new cliff-top sauna sits right on the edge of the Causeway Coast, with full-height glass framing the Atlantic, Rathlin Island and views you will never tire of.

Inside, thermo aspen timber, double-tier seating and deep, steady heat create the perfect place to properly switch off. Step outside into the fresh coastal air, take on the cold drench bucket if you are feeling brave, then head back inside to warm up again.

Best of all, the full sauna experience is complimentary for every guest staying at Carrick-a-Rede Retreat.
