Nearby are Public Records Office (PRONI-7 min walk), Queens University, city centre, M1/M2. Relax in the comfort of our spacious double bedrooms with hospitality trays and magazines/books. Relish a breakfast cooked by Gerry, a leading Northern Ireland chef, whilst leisurely reading the morning papers. BREAKFAST: Fresh Orange juice, freshly cut fruit/berries, cheeses, yoghurts, prunes, then choose

from; Belfast omelette, coddled eggs, Donegal smoked salmon/scrambled eggs, local venison sausages/mushrooms, Ulster breakfast or vegetarian option. Come evening, relax in our drawing room perusing books on local history, culture, Irish houses and interiors with a complimentary hot Irish whiskey, served at 9.30pm. Private car park.

🌿Spring omelette - with fresh, homegrown herbs, scallions and cheddar cheese, served with herb roasted tomatoes & homemade wheaten bread.

🍅Homemade vegan soda croque monsieur, served with marinated peppers and roasted mushrooms & tomatoes.
