BREAKFAST: Fresh Orange juice, freshly cut fruit/berries, cheeses, yoghurts, prunes, then choose from; Belfast omelette, coddled eggs, Donegal smoked salmon/scrambled eggs, local venison sausages/mushrooms, Ulster breakfast or vegetarian option.
