As City North Apartments have been Newly refurbished in 2018, they have been designed with modern living in mind, careful consideration and care has been taken to ensure these fabulous self catering units both fulfil and exceed our guests expectations. From our oversized "selfie" mirrors in the lounge, 40inch Widescreen Freeview televisions, SuperFast broadband, to our non-allergy bed linen, we have worked hard to ensure every fine detail of our properties have not been overlooked. Our aim is to ensure our guests have the most enjoyable and memorable experience whilst staying with us and their needs are meet with all on offer within our self catering units. The properties have been finished with the highest quality of brand new furnishings, new hotel grade bed linen and towels are provided for each reservation. Whilst staying at our property, guests will enjoy 24/7 hot water and will be able to control heating, guest will have access to a brand new washing machine/dryer combo as well as ironing equipment. Our apartments can accommodate up to 5 persons, with sleeping arrangements comprising double bed in master bedroom for 2 persons, single bed in second bedroom for 1 person, sofa bed in lounge for 2 persons. Neighbouring the property is a fantastic cafe, where food can be pre-ordered for City North guests, gentleman`s barbers, Spar shop and Taxi office. Within a minutes walk, there is a wide range of other businesses on offer from Takeaway`s, Off Sales, Beauty Saloons to Tai-Kan-Do supplies. City North Apartments overlooked onto a Main Road, it is recommended that our guests, if in vehicle, park in one of the neighbouring side streets, where they will benefit from Free public parking. Please note a refundable damage deposit of £100 is payable in advance of check-in, the minimum age of the lead guest should be at least 21.

City North Apartments opened for business October 2018, at City North we offer self catering apartments that accommodate up to 5 people between each apartment. The apartments have been newly refurbished and have been finished to an exceptional standard. The apartments have been rated with Northern Ireland Tourist Board as 4 star, therefore offering some of the highest quality self catering accommodation in the Greater Belfast area.
The apartments are furnished with all you will need to ensure you have an enjoyable stay, from high-speed wifi, widescreen television, fresh linen and towels, down to the necessary Gin glasses.
Located under 1 mile from Belfast City centre you will have ample on-street parking at the property. Within the immediate vicinity of the apartments there is a range of amenities from beauty saloons, barbers, cafe, general store to taxi offices and fast food takeaways.
