Holiday Cottage in Derbyshire, Peak District

Church Farm Fritchley Holiday Cottage is a Grade II Listed Farmhouse full of character and many original features whilst also giving guests the conveniences of modern life. Located in the small village of Fritchley and nestling within the Derbyshire countryside it offers walks and cycling straight from the front door. The large family garden at the rear has relaxing rural views which can be enjoyed whilst eating Al Fresco using the BBQ provided. There is off-road parking for several cars giving guests meeting up with family and friends plenty of car parking space. Church Farm Fritchley is pet friendly and we are happy to welcome up to two dogs. There are several dog friendly pubs nearby and within the local area. There is free Wi-Fi for our guests.

Inside, the house, which sleeps 6-8 people, is very spacious with a large, well equipped, family kitchen, utility room and downstairs cloakroom. There is a spacious lounge and dining room which is a great space for relaxing, and eating round the large dining table which easily seats 8 people, plus there are two high chairs for the little ones. There is an additional sitting room with a sofa bed, TV and DVD which is welcomed by families with children and teenagers who like their own space. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, the king room is en-suite, there is also a super king bedroom and the third bedroom can be made up as a super king or twin beds whichever suits our guests needs. There is a cot bed and travel cot available if required. There is also a large family bathroom with luxury roll top bath and large walk-in shower.
