📋 The Role
As a Wedding Coordinator, you will be the calm, organized guiding light for our couples from their initial viewing right through to the big day itself.
What you’ll be doing:
The Journey: Guiding couples through the planning stages, conducting details meetings, and answering queries with warmth and professionalism.
The Show: Running the wedding day itself, managing timelines, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring everything goes off without a hitch.
Experienced: Ideally, you have previous experience in wedding or high-end event coordination.
Cool Under Pressure: You can handle a last-minute schedule change with a smile and a solution.
A People Person: Excellent communication skills are a must. You genuinely care about making our couples’ days perfect.
Flexible: Weddings happen on weekends and evenings, so flexibility with working hours is essential.
