Sadly one of our last guests decided that it would be ok to take home two of our parkdean teddies (sparkle and sparkie which belong to my boys and they kindly leave them in the caravan for other children to enjoy) I thought it was a harmless mistake but along with the teddies 3 brand new (in packets) duvet covers were also mistakingly taken (from the storage under the bed) . I bought these recently as they had red squirrels on them and thought they would look lovely in the caravan. I feel really sad that someone would do this when I always go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay as enjoyable as it can be. I can’t pin point who is unfortunately but this is just a reminder to please just take home what’s yours when you leave ! The caravan doesn’t make me any money it just a way of keeping the huge costs down so we can afford it as our family holiday home so when things go missing it makes me massively out of pocket xx

Day 2 - coastal walk to beautiful Bembridge ! We stopped at the beach hut in Bembridge for a seafood platter ! Never been before and can highly recommend. About 10km round trip … adults loved it … kids whinged a little but all forgotten now they are back on the beach with an ice cream !

This weekend we plan on leaving the car and take advantage of the wonderful walks from the park. Day 1 - A beautiful 5k walk though priory bay, seaview and Appley. (Via the old forte, the Boat house and the dell cafe)
