Another glorious day in Berwick, once the fog cleared! 🐬🦭

We sat at the lighthouse and watched the dolfins and seals (wasn't quick enough for photos), and a beautiful long walk home.

Magnificent Cragside and picturesque Rothbury 🌳 ...

A must-see when staying in Northumberland. Cragside is the first house in the world to have been powered by Hydro Electricity. The home of Lord Armstrong is a truly astounding place to visit, with acres of breathtaking scenic landscapes surrounding it, now a National Trust property.

The town of Rothbury nearby is a lovely way to spend a few hours too. Take walks along the river, over stepping stones, a lovely play park for kids and some lovely shops and pubs.

Northumberland is full of beautiful spots, and Felton is one of our favourites 😍

A small village with the award winning pub, and everyone's favourite place for afternoon tea . We visited this weekend as a treat for our 6 year old boy. His MASSIVE Steak and Ale pie went down a storm 👌

A wander up to the beautiful church is a must, with its history dating back fo 1199ad!

📢We have news!📢

We are now accepting not one, but two dogs in our holiday cottage!

Research has revealed that the average household has 1.6 dogs... so we decided to take action and now allow our guests to bring 2 furry family members to Brown Bear House 😍

So pack their PJs and bring them along 🐕💕
