We have just said goodbye to our last guests at 6 Pier Maltings - guests who first stayed with us back in 2011! And we've shed tears over the heartfelt messages in our Visitors' Book, it has made us realise all over again that the house and its amazing views have been so much loved over the years. Thank you so much, wonderful guests - we are going to miss you! We have warned the new owners that they may find strangers camping on the doorstep....

I'm delighted to say that 6 Pier Maltings is now under offer. The new owners will be making No. 6 their home, so it will no longer be available to visitors from the end of October 2025.

We've been expecting to contact all our guests with details of the new owners of 6 Pier Maltings, who were planning to continue running the business.

Sad to say, the news has changed. 6 Pier Maltings is back on the market after our buyers had to withdraw.

After fourteen wonderful years and more gorgeous guests than we can count, it's time for us to retire! 6 Pier Maltings goes on the market today.
If you have a booking with us, please don't worry - we'll be honouring all bookings till at least the end of September. We'll be contacting anyone booked after that point to discuss options.
Meanwhile, there are just a few dates left between now and then, so if you want a last visit, hasten over to !
