Fon has been such a valued member of our team, bringing her talent, passion and beautiful cuisine to our kitchen. From her delicious dishes to the wonderful Thai Night she created 🇹🇭🌶️

Her culinary knowledge is second to none. With time spent living in the Netherlands and Belgium, Terry brings a touch of European flair and timeless quality to our kitchen team. She’s passionate about creating dishes that make people happy and always aims to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Terry thrives in the friendly, close-knit atmosphere here at The Barn at Beal—and family is a big part of that. She’s one half of a sister duo working with us, just one of the many family connections that make our team so special.

Meet Dave – Our Head Chef!
He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion for great food.

At home, Dave lives with his wife Lucy and their two beloved dogs: Wilf (short for Wilfred when he’s causing mischief), a spirited Patterdale Terrier, and Tressa, a Springer Spaniel whose name means “third” in Cornish.

A proud Coventry City supporter, Dave firmly believes that asking which football team someone supports should be a standard interview question—fair warning to future candidates!

When it comes to food, Dave’s favourite meal is a classic Sunday roast—something he enjoys almost as much as the dogs do. Outside the kitchen, he’s usually outdoors: walking the dogs, running, or cycling. And come Monday night, he’s always the first one in his kit for team Pilates

This is a truly special evening and a chance to experience authentic Thai cooking, with a carefully curated tasting menu inspired by the dishes Fon grew up with.
