We are needing to turn the water off to the whole park for 3 consecutive nights starting on tonight’s.(2nd of June) from midnight to 5am in order for them to trace where a pipe leads to,

This has been arrange so should have minimal impact and disruption as most people shall be in bed
,

From tomorrow until the end of the season
Owners can book free kart hire and bike hire.

🌟 available during off-peak periods on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Owners will automatically receive a voucher on their accounts which can be redeemed when checking out activities 🙌🏼

Hi all, WE ARE SOOOOO EXCITED

we hope you’re all having a great weekend. Quick reminder that HavenFest 2026 tickets are on sale TOMORROW (31/05/26) at 3pm. Be quick as not to miss out.

Quick rundown:
🎟️£7 per adult
🎟️£3 per 5+
🎟️Free under 5
🎟️Max tickets per van is 6

🎶HavenFest: Music Legends. Join us for a day full of music, vibes and hopefully good weather!

· Festival runs from 10am till 10pm
· No alcohol or glass to be brought onto festival site - bags can be checked upon entry. This is a licenced venue only sealed soft drinks will be permitted.
· Wristbands to be always worn by all parties entering the grounds. The wristbands are the responsibility of the guest and we won't be held responsible in case of loss/theft or damage.
· Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area- signs will be available to direct you.
· Please use the bins provided for your rubbish and ensure nothing is left when you leave.
· Please be prepared for all weather conditions – It is Great Britain after all!
· Amazing Live acts throughout the day for all ages – More details to follow closer to the festival date.
· Large Tents/Gazebos/windbreakers aren't permitted due to space
· Dogs are not permitted, due to space

👀 we’ve also got the team as where’s Wally all weekend! Come in and grab a sheet From main reception see if you can search for all the wallys

✨ Building a BETTER Berwick – join us ✨

A quick reminder that our next Building a BETTER Berwick session is coming up today at 1pm — and we’d really value you being part of it.

These bi-monthly sessions are all about bringing our owner community together with members of our Senior Leadership Team — creating the space for open, positive conversations about how we continue to improve and strengthen Berwick, together.

🌱 A focus on positive ideas and future improvements

We’re committed to working in partnership with you, and your feedback continues to play an important role in shaping what comes next for the park.

The session will be relaxed and informal, with light refreshments provided — and plenty of opportunity to connect, listen and contribute.

✨ HAVENFEST 2026 IS BACK! ✨

Owners… we’ve got something special to share 👀

After a lot of work behind the scenes, we’re absolutely delighted to confirm that HavenFest is returning for 2026 🎉

First things first — a huge thank you for your patience. We know many of you have been waiting for this announcement, and we’re sorry it’s taken a little longer than hoped. We worked hard to secure last year’s venue again, and after exploring several other options far and wide, we simply couldn’t find the right space close enough to the park to make it work in the way we wanted for you all.

BUT… good news often comes with a twist…

This year, we’re bringing HavenFest home 🏡

👉 Saturday 18th July
👉 1pm – 9pm (with the Owners Lounge open until 11pm)

We’ll be transforming our sports court area into an exclusive festival space just for owners, with:
🎶 Incredible live acts
🍔 Fantastic food & drink options
🌿 Extended space utilising the beautiful Owners Garden
🥂 Plus full use of the Owners Lounge to relax, socialise and carry on the celebrations into the evening

This is going to be a completely unique HavenFest experience — right here on park, more accessible than ever, and designed with our owner community at the heart of it ❤️

We’ve only had final confirmation today that we could make this work on park (including getting the festival stage in place!), so we’re incredibly excited to finally share it with you.

🎟️ Tickets will be released soon — please keep your eyes peeled!

We can’t wait to bring everyone together for an unforgettable day of music, food, and great company.

Let’s make HavenFest 2026 our best one yet.
