And the third new addition to the Lempicka self catering property portfolio is the three bedroom Lairgate House located in a quiet cul-de-sac off the southern end of Lairgate (behind the Tiger Inn) with fantastic views of Beverley Minster. The house has a ground floor including an enclosed rear grass/patio garden, a toilet/cloakroom, a country style kitchen and an open plan dining/lounge orangery room. The first floor has three double bedrooms with the third bedroom doubling as a upstairs lounge with a smart tv and sofas and full family bathroom with bath and double shower fitting. The Lairgate house additionally has a driveway with room for two cars to park on site.

Lempicka’s second self catering property is Eastgate Cottage, a two bedroom refurbished turn of the century workman's cottage. It is located at "4 Eastgate" adjacent to Wednesday Market. The property has a large double bedroom, a single bedroom, a large yet cosy living room with walk through to a cheerful full kitchen leading to a luxurious bath and shower room. The cottage can sleep 4 people as is (2 in master bedroom, 2 in second bedroom with pull out trundle or 2 in downstairs sofa bed). All furnishings are of the highest quality and in keeping with the property period. A cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, flat screen smart TV and iron are included in the property.

Lempicka now consists of three self catering holiday properties. The first of which is a three bedroomed flat occupying the top two floors of the Georgian property. The master bedroom window looks out onto tranquil views of Beverley Minster while the front kitchen window spans the historic Wednesday market. The property additionally has two full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer, a large yet cozy living room and a light and airy conservatory/dining area. The flat can sleep 6 people in the master, double and single with roll away bedrooms. All furnishings are of the highest quality and in keeping with the property period. Forecast is a wonderful sunny VE Day on Friday and what better way to enjoy a delicious cone of gelato than at Poma!!

🌟Poma Wednesday Market open from 8am this Friday 8th May🌟

People are obviously missing their caffiene fix - we've got a fair amount opting to collect this weekend rather than receive delivery so they can pick up some coffees😅😍☕
Due to this, and also the weather forecast for the next few days, we've decided to get some gelato in the cabinet this FRIDAY 8TH MAY❤️🍦
Our door will be open for cones and single-serve tubs as well as takeaway coffees.
Everything else on the menu, including half litre tubs of gelato and all baked goods, will still need to be ordered in advance for collection👌🏼
We have made this decision with the advice of the relevant authorities and of course will be sticking to the social distancing guidelines. One customer in the shop at a time💜Thank you💜
