Hosts at Hideaway day 2. Our day started with a short amble from Hideaway Cottage down to The Riverside Cafe where we all had a very lovely freshly cooked breakfast (en route we passed a brass band 🎺😁 which was a lovely bonus). We then took a stroll over the river to the Severn Valley Railway Station to watch some trains come in, it’s such a lovely place to visit even if you are not taking a trip on the train. We then spent some time looking in all the lovely independent shops in the town and next was Bewdley Museum. It is free entry in to the museum and there was a 250 year celebration of Jane Austen so lots of fun going on! The bunker was also open so that was a first for us 😊. We had coffee in the cafe and then walked through the gardens to Bewdley Brewery, which was recommended to us by some lovely guests, one of whom went to school in the building and there is a photo of her in the bar 🥰 (she is now 92!). The Brewery was my highlight of the weekend, it is definitely worth a visit! From there we walked around the narrow streets to have dinner at The Mug House by the river, this is my favourite place for dinner in Bewdley and it didn’t disappoint. After all of this excitement, we were all shattered and came home to Hideaway for a well earned cuppa 🤪🫖. There really is so much to see and do in Bewdley, you can book your stay ♥️♥️

Hosts at Hideaway Day 1 🥰🥰….. so we wanted to see what all the lovely reviews were about from our wonderful guests so we have come to Hideaway with friends for the weekend! Day 1 was such fun, we did and saw so much! I started the weekend by having a lovely treatment which was amazing and set me up for the day 🥰🥰. We met a lovely man who volunteers for the Severn Valley Railway, visited some of the local pubs and bars, found Superman, met the lovely Milo dog, had a little walk along the river and sampled the famous Merchants Fish and Chips! It was a fabulous day and we get to do more lovely things today! You can book your stay on booking.com and Airbnb
