5 individual cottages set in 130 acres of glorious North Devon countryside at Pillhead Farm with an Outdoor heated pool (seasonal). 2 Cottages 5 miles away on our other farm set in 160 acres with views all the way to exmoor, located at Littleham Court.

We understand that anyone previously booking Pillhead Cider House through Holiday Cottages has now been sorted out for 2022 so I have now released previously held dates where guests have not already confirmed a direct booking with us on the Helpful Holidays (Sykes) website.

Dates have now been released for Pillhead Cottage which is having a bit of a facelift over the winter. In addition to works to the entrance, a new boiler and totally revamped conservatory/ garden room, we are having a new bathroom upstairs, installing a second downstairs shower room and putting in a hot tub. Pictures to follow

Long Linney and Littleham Court Cottage:

Just to let you all know that we are no longer taking bookings through Holiday Cottages.
All bookings for the remainder of 2021 are unaffected by this change.
Despite our request they are refusing to allow us to honour future bookings (2022) and they will contact these guests (in the coming weeks) about alternatives. If the alternatives are not suitable we are assured that guests will be offered a full refund of money already paid.

As of January 2022 Long Linney and Littleham Court Cottage will be joining Helpful Holidays (Sykes).

We are not yet live on their website but we will be shortly and will update you all as soon as it’s live.
We will be owner booking any weeks that are currently allocated in 2022 and will hold these until the end of February so that anyone who can’t find a suitable alternative property through Holiday Cottages has the option of contacting us and staying at the property they originally chose.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and are saddened that we couldn’t honour the bookings we had for 2022 with holiday cottages but we hope that this message will reassure anyone who is affected by this.
